Naprawa krok po kroku:

  1. Demontaż klamki:
    • Zagotuj wodę w czajniku. Umieść klamkę w pojemniku i zalej ją gorącą wodą [00:49]. Wysoka temperatura osłabi stary klej.
    • Odczekaj około 5 minut, a następnie wyjmij klamkę z wody [01:01].
  2. Otwieranie obudowy:
    • Używając cienkiego nożyka lub otwieraka, podważ chromowaną listwę klamki – po namoczeniu w gorącej wodzie powinna łatwo odejść [01:07].
    • Przeciągnij stary przewód przez szczelinę w klamce [01:24].
  3. Usuwanie uszkodzonych elementów:
    • Podważ stary moduł elektroniczny za pomocą śrubokręta i wyciągnij go z wnętrza klamki [01:32].
    • Usuń stary przycisk zamykania, jeśli nie wypadł samoczynnie [01:44].
  4. Montaż nowego modułu:

    • Jeśli klej zwiąże zanim założysz chromowaną listwę, nie martw się - wystarczy go lekko podgrzać np. suszarką do włosów. Klej ponownie zmięknie i umożliwi montaż listwy.
  6. Prace wykończeniowe:
    • Jeśli po dociśnięciu listwy wypłynął nadmiar kleju, odczekaj aż całkowicie zastygnie, a następnie ostrożnie usuń go za pomocą nożyka [03:28].

Reparaturanleitung für den Türgriff

Erforderliche Werkzeuge und Materialien:

  • MBKeyless Reparatursatz (Griffmodul, Kabelbinder, neuer Taster),
  • Langer Schraubendreher,
  • Dünnes Messer oder Gehäuseöffner,
  • Heißklebepistole,
  • Wasserkocher mit kochendem Wasser und ein Behälter,
  • Schutzhandschuhe.

Schritt-für-Schritt-Reparatur:

1. Demontage des Türgriffs:

  • Kochen Sie Wasser im Wasserkocher auf. Legen Sie den Türgriff in einen Behälter und übergießen Sie ihn mit dem heißen Wasser. Die hohe Temperatur weicht den alten Kleber auf.
  • Warten Sie etwa 5 Minuten und nehmen Sie den Türgriff dann aus dem Wasser.

2. Öffnen des Gehäuses:

  • Hebeln Sie mit einem dünnen Messer oder Gehäuseöffner die Chromleiste des Griffs vorsichtig ab – nach dem Einweichen im heißen Wasser sollte sie sich leicht lösen lassen.
  • Ziehen Sie das alte Kabel durch den Schlitz im Griff heraus.

3. Entfernen beschädigter Komponenten:

  • Hebeln Sie das alte Elektronikmodul mit einem Schraubendreher heraus und entnehmen Sie es aus dem Inneren des Griffs.
  • Entfernen Sie den alten Verriegelungsknopf, falls dieser nicht bereits von selbst herausgefallen ist.

4. Einbau des neuen Moduls:

  • Schieben Sie das neue Modul aus dem Reparatursatz in den Griff ein – es sollte perfekt passen.
  • Führen Sie das neue Kabel durch den Montageschlitz und sichern Sie es mit dem mitgelieferten Kabelbinder.
  • Drücken Sie den neuen Verriegelungsknopf an seinen Platz.

5. Prüfung und Verkleben:

  • Überprüfen Sie vor der endgültigen Montage, ob alle Elemente richtig sitzen und der Knopf ohne Widerstand funktioniert.
  • Tragen Sie den Heißkleber an den markierten Stellen am Griff auf.
  • Setzen Sie die Chromleiste wieder auf den Griff. Drücken Sie diese etwa 2 Minuten lang fest an oder verwenden Sie Schraubzwingen, damit der Kleber gut bindet.
  • Hinweis: Falls der Kleber fest wird, bevor Sie die Chromleiste aufgesetzt haben, keine Sorge – erwärmen Sie ihn einfach leicht (z. B. mit einem Haartrockner). Der Kleber wird wieder weich und ermöglicht die Montage der Leiste.

6. Abschlussarbeiten:

  • Falls nach dem Festdrücken der Leiste überschüssiger Kleber ausgetreten ist, warten Sie, bis dieser vollständig ausgehärtet ist. Entfernen Sie ihn dann vorsichtig mit einem Messer.

Instead of buying a new, expensive door handle from a service center, you can repair it yourself using the MBKeyless module.

Symptoms of the fault: No response when opening, problem with opening/closing, damaged button rubber.

Door Handle Repair Manual

Required Tools and Materials:

  • MBKeyless repair kit (handle module, zip tie, new button),
  • Long screwdriver,
  • Thin knife or case opening tool,
  • Hot glue gun,
  • Kettle with boiling water and a container,
  • Protective gloves.

Step-by-Step Repair:

1. Disassembling the handle:

  • Boil water in a kettle. Place the handle in a container and pour the hot water over it. High temperature will soften the old adhesive.
  • Wait about 5 minutes, then remove the handle from the water.

2. Opening the casing:

  • Using a thin knife or an opening tool, pry up the chrome trim of the handle – after soaking in hot water, it should come off easily.
  • Pull the old wire through the slot in the handle.

3. Removing damaged components:

  • Pry up the old electronic module using a screwdriver and pull it out of the handle.
  • Remove the old lock button if it hasn't fallen out on its own.

4. Installing the new module:

  • Slide the new module from the repair kit into the handle – it should be a perfect fit.
  • Thread the new wire through the mounting slot and secure it with the included zip tie.
  • Press the new lock button into place.

5. Testing and gluing:

  • Before final assembly, check if all components are properly aligned and the button operates smoothly.
  • Apply hot glue to the designated areas on the handle.
  • Reattach the chrome trim to the handle. Press it down firmly by hand for about 2 minutes or use clamps to ensure the glue bonds properly.
  • Note: If the glue sets before you attach the chrome trim, don't worry – simply heat it slightly (e.g., with a hair dryer). The glue will soften again, allowing you to install the trim.

6. Finishing touches:

  • If any excess glue squeezed out after pressing the trim, wait until it has completely hardened, then carefully remove it with a knife.
